One of the best decisions I have taken is to educate my child in ASPAMA IIS. The school provides a safe learning environment and gives equal opportunities to all children. They help the children to recognise their strength and work with each child on that basis. Impressed with the support of the teachers as well as non teaching staff. ASPAM encourages children to follow an approach that fosters critical thinking and creativity, which is an integral part of the student to succeed in life.

My Children were in Aspam from kg1 to grade 6. we kept trying for another year every time, every year we were given false promises by the principle and staff that next year will be different will be better, teachers change every few months, time waste in class is common which my children enjoyed. Exams results given are always fantastic which I felt hard to digested, Answers were spoon fed before the Exams. Writing this with heavy heart staff-parents relationship is and was very very good but we were there for my children's education for so many years not for anything else. Left Aspam for good. We hope for the best

Disappointing Experience with Aspam School's Refund Policy I recently had an unfortunate experience with Aspam School, which led me to write this review. My children were enrolled at Aspam in April 2023 and were initially enjoying their time at the school. However, due to a sudden job transfer to another Emirates, we had to request a refund for the money we had paid for their school dresses and books in May 2023. To my dismay, the school flatly denied our request for a refund. We specifically asked for a refund for the dresses of both our children, one of which was completely new with the tag still intact. Despite this, the school refused to take responsibility and return the dress. One of the major issues we encountered was the high cost of the school dresses. Aspam provides the dresses directly, and they are considerably expensive. Moreover, they impose a policy of purchasing two sets of dresses, even if you don't require them. This felt like an unnecessary burden on parents who might not want to spend extra money on additional dresses. When we tried to exchange or return the dresses due to our circumstances, we were met with a frustrating bureaucratic process. The school insisted on seeking approval from directors, which never seemed to materialize. This lack of responsiveness and accountability only added to our disappointment. Overall, my experience with Aspam School's refund policy was highly unsatisfactory. The denial of a refund for a dress that was never used, coupled with the exorbitant cost of the school dresses and the bureaucratic hurdles in the refund process, left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better customer service and flexibility, especially considering the circumstances that led to our request for a refund. I hope that Aspam School takes this review as constructive feedback and works towards improving their refund policies and customer service. It is crucial for educational institutions to prioritize the satisfaction and convenience of their students and parents, especially in situations that are beyond their control.

My son just recently completed kindergarten at Aspam IIS. I am extremely thankful to the teachers, principal as well as the SEN department. They all have been very supportive and understanding. My son has improved so much here in these 2 years. Being mild on autism he did not have patience to be on stage for even 5 minutes initially, answering assessments needed entire modification of papers for him, he did not communicate, understanding instructions was lacking, but the team worked so patiently with him. He has shown tremendous improvement in every area. The staff here is so kind and compassionately working to make his experience at school fruitful. Special educator keeps in touch regularly with us about his happenings at school. Class teacher and the kindergarten coordinator both have been very supportive and responsive. The Nannie’s here are so good. I can just go on and on about Aspam because my son has received so much acceptance here by everyone. Principal keeps in touch with parents and updates them about their children. You can approach her with any concern and she makes sure it’s resolved. Special educator goes through the assessment papers before assessments to check if any modification is required for the special child or slow learners, she then conducts their assessments along with the class teacher, she also keeps parents informed about how the child performed, IEP of each child is made and discussed with parents, she is always available at school to meet parents with any concerns about the child. There was a time when my child answered assessments differently and now he answers on normal papers, he also participates in every event patiently being on the stage. He performs with other kids. Special educator has worked very hard towards this. At ASPAM every child is taken into consideration . No one is left behind for any reason. They believe that every child is unique and capable and they follow this to a great extent 🙂 My best wishes to ASPAM always

ASPAM is an excellent school with dedicated teachers and a high standard of education. Their premises is student friendly and has all the amenities required by students for their outdoor and indoor development. A lot of my friends who were students of ASPAM have only positive reviews for the school and have had a wonderful learning experience for as long as they were there. Would definitely recommend ASPAM as a place to begin your learning journey.
